The 12th Street Process
The 12th Street Process
At 12th Street Commercial Mortgage we make the Loan Process as Streamlined and Painless as possible.
Step One: Initial Loan Request from Loan Customer
Step Two: 12th Street submits loan parameters for Pre Approval
Step Three: Pre Approval status with Estimated Terms from Investors and Underwriting. Loan Customer to review terms and SIGN LOAN ACCEPTANCE documents
Step Four: Loan submitted for FINAL APPROVAL along with Appraisal Order (if applicable ) and any additional required upfront docs for Underwriting.
Step Five: Underwriting Commitment - Letter of Intent and Approval Letter issued if loan is Approved. Any applicable Approval Conditions must be satisfied Prior to Closing.
Step Six: Schedule Closing
Expedited Loan Closings from Application to Closing in 30 Days or Less Available. Please Advise ASAP when the loan circumstances require Urgent Response and Expedited Loan Processing - Approval and Closing.
